Ten pin makes a comeback

The first indoor bowling alleys opened in New York City in 1840. The game has been an American mainstay since, though not always popular with younger adults. There has been a bowling alley in Geneseo for generations. The former Palace Theatre was even an alley for a short while, in 1938.

With weekly game specials, bowling is a frequent pastime for Geneseo students.
